Sweet Genevieve {Utah Portrait Photographer}

My beautiful sister, Genevieve, came over the other day and was just too cute to not photograph.  These are some quick headshots I did of her before she ran out to have a fun Friday night.  Thanks for posing for me and being patient with your snap-happy sister.  However, I am not grateful to you for stealing the beautiful skin genetics that I was deprived of and you stole, giving you the buttery glowing skin of Beyonce.

Janae + Cory = Kynzlie {Utah Family Photographer}

Cory, Janae and their little girl Kynzlie just make me smile so big.  They are the most adorable little family and were so much fun to be around.  Getting closer to having our own child (only 3ish months left!) it makes me so overjoyed to see a couple that can still be so in love and full of light, despite the fact that they are constantly chasing their little one around.  Thanks for being so fabulous and creative, but most of all thank you for the cutest red head with the biggest blue eyes that made my "job" so enjoyable.

The Pedersen Gang {Utah Family Photographer}

You know how growing up you always have those adults that you really look up to?  You wonder how they are so cool and "with it" but still somehow manage to be parents?  Well that's who Greg and Lindsay Pedersen were to me in High School.  Greg had his sleek silver Corvette and Lindsay was that adorably trendy young mother.  So when I heard that their family was coming to Utah and wanted me to take their family pictures, I couldn't have been more thrilled!  Thanks for venturing out of North Carolina into the Mountain West.  I feel pretty cool to be worthy of photographing your cute family.  And I don't care what that cranky old lady yelled at us from her car, that warehouse is from from "hideous and ruining your family pictures"...you are very urban chic ;)

The Nez Family {Utah Family Photographer}

Ralissa is one of my amazing coworkers at my day job and to say that I am head over heels for her daughter Elsa is beyond an understatement.  The things this adorable girl comes up with to say and do are just beyond cute.  So naturally this made my job of photographing her and her very lovable parents quite easy.  I mean, just look at those giant blue eyes?  Watch out Elvin, you are going to have a serious job ahead of you once the boys start noticing this little angel.

 

Big Family, Big Fun! {Utah Family Photographer}

The Wood family of Utah County can be summed up in two words: Big & Fun.  Karma finally had all her children in town and couldn't resist the chance to update her family photo wall.  Despite the wind, the weather and the chaos we still had a blast.  Not to mention this family is so gorgeous, how can they not photograph well?

Being around families like the Woods makes me miss my own family and wish I could have them close by.  Thanks for adopting me for the afternoon and leaving me such a big grin for the rest of the night.
